Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and digital items are non-returnable.
If your product is eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
